Approximate number of oysters per pint:

• Yearling 32 - 36
• Extra Small 18 - 20
• Small 12 - 15
• Medium 8 - 12

These pints are add-on products, meaning they can only be purchased when added to another shellfish item. They ship frozen and will defrost slightly during transit. Refrigerate upon arrival, continue to thaw in refrigeration, & use within 5 days of fully defrosting.

Remember that consuming raw or undercooked shellfish increases the risk of foodborne illness.
